We provide a cost effective service solution for all our new installations. We can also repair  or upgrade your existing  alarm system and provide annual service cover. 

What good is an alarm system that doesn't work ?

Problems with alarm systems need fixed quickly. If not, you tend to stop using it leaving your property at risk and may impact your insurance cover.
Many problems can be diagnosed and fixed quickly. We can repair all types of alarm systems. Repairs are covered by warranty and we offer a service contract beyond the warranty period.

Annual Maintenance

To ensure worry-free operation of your alarm system, we offer an annual maintenance contract covering the following :
  • Annual maintenance visit. Your system is fully tested including the condition of any wireless sensor batteries and the system backup battery. 
  • Backup battery replacement also included at no extra cost.
  • Labour costs associated with any callouts due to system failure. 
  • Access to our on-line customer support area.
  • Telephone support.
  • Alarm Receiving Centre fees (where applicable).
  • Subscription to mobile device app for controlling your system (where applicable).
  • Remote diagnostics (where available).
  • Annual Maintenance certificate.
